We quote using your parts size, thickness, finish and quantity you require. Depending on the finish of the material the costing differs, A side Gloss & B side Textured is our most cost efficient, AB Matte or Gloss for higher quality. - Send us an email with your Inquiry/ files
We offer the ability to create low quantity prototypes for industry and one off parts for individuals.
We stock a range of standard thicknesses such as 0.25mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm but can supply thicker parts up to 20mm thick! Foam and Nomex cored materials from 3.7mm - 11mm.
Depending on material our maximum dimensions are around 1400x2000mm.
For most projects multiple holes and pockets are included.
We ask if holes can be specified 3.175mm⌀ or larger, although we have the ability to machine 0.8mm⌀ and micro drill down to 0.2mm⌀!

While Carbon Fibre is our speciality, we regularly manage projects involving aluminium, glass fibre and other specialist manufacturing processes, providing a single point of contact from concept through to delivery.

Our tailor-made costing calculator takes many variables into account, the unit cost depends on your parts size, thickness, finish and quantity that you require.
The ordering process is much simpler if you already have a DWG Drawing or 2D/3D CAD model. We can work with you to digitise and develop any design files. Depending on complexity and job specifics this may be absorbed in the cost.
It totally depends on the project, but our general lead-times are a maximum of 4 weeks, although we have the ability to adapt our production schedule expediting the order to meet requirements.
We are able to both surface engrave, deep 3D engrave and add countersink / chamfer features.
Engraved features can then be inkwelled colours or even gold leaf guilded!

We can assist with a variety of post-production processes, including adhesive bonding, component assembly, kitting, packaging and fulfilment, helping to streamline your supply chain and reduce handling requirements.

Material Finish AB? This stands for Side A and reverse Side B

Gloss side A & Rough/Textured Side B is the most cost efficient material we stock, AB Gloss is also available at request.

AB Matte a more premium option is another base material we stock. Satin is also available at request.

Using specialist tooling we can CNC engrave surfaces with text, logos and serial numbers.

Using specialist V-shaped tooling we can CNC machine into surfaces to create a 3D effect.

We make text or logos pop by adding various coloured inks or gold leaf/shell into the machined surface.

Coloured and forged surface appearance is possible, but is generally only available to larger quantity orders.

Using stencils, we can blast-etch text, logos and graphics onto surfaces, creating a subtle and sophisticated finish, particularly on gloss.

We have developed proprietary surface preparation techniques to maximise ink adhesion, delivering high-quality printing on carbon fibre components
